About us
Thrive In Pathways CIC helps neurodiverse young people build the confidence, skills and opportunities to navigate adulthood on their own terms. Founded by two directors with over 40 years of combined experience in youth services, education and community work, we bridge the gap between what young people need and the support that's out there.
Through years of working in youth services, specialist education and community settings, we saw the same gap again and again: capable young people leaving education without the confidence, life skills or workplace understanding to thrive as adults. We also saw parents struggling to find meaningful support, and employers wanting to be inclusive but unsure how.

Our Mission
To help neurodiverse young people become confidently independent by providing coaching, life skills development, meaningful experiences and opportunities that enable them to make informed choices, navigate adulthood and build futures that work for them.
Our Vision
A world where neurodiverse young people are confident in their identity, able to make their own choices, and equipped with the skills, opportunities and support to build meaningful, independent and thriving futures.

Unmasked Champions
A safe space for young people to be their authentic selves while building confidence and life skills.
